Kihana Beauty is a Luxury Salon based in Long Island, NY. Every appointment is tailored to you, your hair, and your goals so you can relax knowing you’re in good hands. My priority is to make you feel comfortable, confident, and cared for from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. Please review the quick guidelines below so we can make the most of our time together and give you the best experience possible. To ensure every guest enjoys a smooth, personalized visit: Booking – All appointments must be booked online. A non-refundable deposit/ retainer is required to secure your time unless pre-booking your next appointment before leaving the salon. Deposits / Booking Fee - All appointments require a non-refundable deposit / booking fee to secure your time slot. This deposit goes toward your final service balance. If you cancel, reschedule, or no-show for any reason, the deposit is forfeited. No exceptions. Consultations – Required for all color, chemical, and extension services. Arrival – Please arrive on time. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment cancelled and deposit forfeited. Hair Prep – Excessively tangled hair, product buildup, or extensions that require additional time may result in added service fees. Squeeze-In Appointments – If your desired time is not on the booking calendar, email to inquire about availability. Cancellations - All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Deposits are already non-refundable. If you cancel under 48 hours, your deposit becomes non-transferable and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Same-day cancellations (including anything within 12 hours) will also require a 50% fee of the remaining service balance before you can secure another appointment. No Shows – No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and will be restricted from booking until the fee is paid. A new deposit is required for all future appointments. Payment – All major payment methods are accepted. Remaining balances are due at the end of your appointment. I do not offer refunds, I do not accept any Zelle or Cashapp payments. Guests & Children –Appointments are reserved for clients receiving services only. Extra guests & children are not permitted This policy helps maintain a safe, calm, and relaxing environment and allows me to provide each client with my full attention and care.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled at any time, will still result in forfeiture of the deposit, as the deposit reserves your appointment time exclusively for you. Please provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. I charge a 50% cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations that occur under 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
